Log In Instructions
CAUTION: Read carefully. To attend the course, you must first purchase it. During the purchase, you will be asked to fill in some required fields. CAUTION: Make sure to check the box to create your account. Then, you can enter your personal password. Afterwards, you will receive two messages in your mailbox: • The first will include a [link to connect] • The second will include your order
Activation will take place within the next 2 hours, after payment and approval by the Health + Rescue Academy. If you forget your password, you can reset it [here].
ATTENTION: Write your name in Latin characters exactly as you want it to appear on your certificate.
Attendance Instructions
Once your order has been completed, the training attendance process will open. In the "Curriculum" field, a "Start Course" option will appear. Clicking on it will unlock the first section of the lesson.
ATTENTION: For the next section to open, the previous one must be completed. • Each section is completed by clicking "Mark as Complete" at the top right. • Each section’s question is completed by clicking "Submit Question" and then closing the window by clicking "X" at the top right. • After completing the course, you must click "Submit Course" to be evaluated by the Health + Rescue Academy. • To pass the course successfully, you need to answer more than 75% of the questions correctly. • You can complete the course at your own pace. You may log in and log out as many times as you want during the access period.EXAMPLE: If the course duration is 30 days, you may log in and out as many times as you wish within those 30 days.
Certificate Issuance Instructions Once you receive your certificate in your mailbox, click on the name of the program you have attended. The link will direct you to the program. Click on "View Results" and, on the new page that opens, you can view your results and download your certificate by clicking the arrow at the top right.
