Log In Instructions
CAUTION: Read carefully. To attend the course, you must first purchase it. While purchasing, you will be asked to fill in some required fields. CAUTION: Finally, check the box to create your account. Then you can enter your personal password. Afterwards, you will receive two messages in your mailbox.

Activation takes place within the next 2 hours after you have completed your payment and been approved by the Health + Rescue Academy. If you forget your password, you can reset it.
ATTENTION: Write your name only, in Latin letters, as you wish it to appear on your certificate.
Attendance Instructions
Once your order has been completed, the training attendance process will open. In the "Curriculum" field, a "Start Course" option will appear. Clicking on it will unlock the first section of the lesson.
ATTENTION: For the next section to open, you must complete the previous one first.
Each section is completed by clicking on the "Mark as Complete" button at the top right. The question of each section is completed by clicking on "Submit Question" and then closing the window by clicking the X on the top right. Once you have completed the entire course process, you will need to click on the "Submit Course" button to be evaluated by the Health + Rescue Academy. You will successfully pass the course if you answer more than 75% of the questions correctly. It is possible to attend the course on your own time. You can log in and log out multiple times during the course.
EXAMPLE: If the course lasts 30 days, you can log in and log out as many times as you want until the expiration date.
Certificate Issuance Instructions Once you receive your certificate in your mailbox, click on the name of the program you attended. The link will direct you to the program page. Click the "View Results" button and on the new page that opens, you can see your results and download your certificate by clicking on the arrow at the top right.
Practical Training
Once you have successfully completed the theoretical part of the training and if you wish, you can also proceed to practical training. Contact your Training Center for more details. The practical training takes place: • By sending educational material to your place • Or by organizing classroom training practice, when and if conditions allow it Note: Practical skills training takes place in the presence of a Certified Instructor.
